Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating a profile, discovering people, matching and messaging your matches are free. Premium and VIP add extra features such as unlimited likes and seeing who liked you.
Who can message me?
Only people you have matched with. A match happens when you both like each other. You can unmatch or block someone at any time.
Are my messages private?
Messages and chat images are encrypted on our servers, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Our senior safety administrators can review them to investigate reports and keep the community safe, and every review is logged. Please read the Privacy Policy for details.
What is a view-once image?
An image in chat that the recipient can open one time. After that it disappears from the conversation. A safety copy is kept encrypted and can only be opened by our senior safety team.
How is the compatibility percentage calculated?
It is a simple rule-based score from mutual preferences, age range fit, shared interests, city, relationship goals and profile completeness. It is a guide, not a scientific prediction.
How do I get a verification badge?
Go to your profile and request verification. You will be asked to take a selfie making a specific gesture. Our team compares it with your profile photos and approves it if it matches.
How do I pay for Premium?
Choose a plan on the Membership page, pay using one of the listed payment methods and submit your payment reference. Your membership starts as soon as our team verifies the payment.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Security and choose Delete account. Your profile is hidden at once and permanently removed after the grace period.
