1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may only have one account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. The information you provide must be accurate.
3. Content and conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines. You keep ownership of the content you post, and you give Velora permission to host and display it to run the service.
4. Monitoring and moderation
To keep the platform safe, Velora may review profiles, photos, messages and images shared in chat. Messages are encrypted at rest but are not end-to-end encrypted, and authorised senior administrators can access them. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.
5. Memberships and payments
Paid memberships and boosts are activated after our team verifies your payment. Memberships last for the period shown on the plan and do not renew automatically. Refunds are handled case by case unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Compatibility scores
Compatibility percentages are rule-based estimates intended as a guide only. They are not a scientific, psychological or professional assessment.
7. Safety disclaimer
We do not run criminal background checks on members. You are responsible for your own interactions with other members, online and offline. Please read our Safety Guidelines.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Velora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the conduct of any member.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you on the platform. Continuing to use Velora means you accept the updated terms.
